I am a potter working in porcelain thrown on the wheel. I am inspired by the clean calm lines of Japanese ceramics and by the textures and marks made by embroidery threads and the sharp strokes of the lino-cutter's tools.

I am passionate about craft, design and making. I developed a deep love for clay and its possibilities while attending evening classes in London and found myself yearning to become a potter.

In early 2016 I finished a wonderful apprenticeship with Helen Beard, generously supported by Adopt A Potter, and am now working as an independent ceramicist exhibiting at galleries and shows across the UK including Ceramic Art York, Made London and Heal's of London.

I currently work in a shed at the bottom of my back garden in North London, please do let me know if you’d like to visit me here!
